Description

This is the third and final part of Liz & Skatz's Top Ten Tips for preparing for Keto.
Liz is a Clinical Holistic Therapist and Skatz is a musician and music therapist with Type 2 Diabetes. Together they are reducing their weight, gaining health and removing all of the symptoms of Skatz' diabetes by adopting a Keto and Fasting lifestyle.
At the time of recording this video, Skatz's weight had dropped by 35 pounds and he's feeling full of energy and much fitter. Liz started Keto a little later and has reduced her weight by nearly 20 pounds.
