Best EVER Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe

These are the best chocolate chip cookies you will ever make. It takes just 10 minutes to make the dough. The dough does need some chilling time, but that gives them that soft and chewy texture we all love.

Ingredients
▢½ cup (113 g) Unsalted Butter soft room temperature
▢½ cup (110 g) Light brown sugar
▢¼ cup (50 g) White sugar
▢1 Egg large
▢1½ cup (190 g) All-purpose flour
▢½ tsp Baking soda
▢¼ tsp Baking powder
▢¼ tsp Salt
▢1 tsp Vanilla extract
▢7 oz (200 g) Chocolate chips or bar
Cooking Temperature: 356°F / 180°C/ Gas Mark 4
