With COVID-19 making it less feasible to workout & climb with us at Alpine Indoor Climbing, we think that home exercise is crucial for mental health & staying fit, especially for our members who were climbing with us regularly.

Here is our first training tutorial which concentrates on bar work. You can also do these exercises using rings or the top of a finger board. This video is kind of a starting point for any climbers who are starting a home workout on a bar or hang board, or who would like a training focus during the coronavirus quarantine.

* Make sure you complete a warm up before you start.
* Complete 3 sets of 10 reps of each exercise with 90 seconds rest in between sets.
* Stretch/warm down when finished.

There will be more tutorials coming utilising other home equipment that you can add to the end of this session.
