Complete Upper Body Chest Workout
Description
Today, we're back in the lab with Coach Alan Bishop (@coachalanbishop on Instagram and Twitter) and Coach Jake Hutton to go over a full upper body workout featuring overloaded eccentrics.
Here is the workout:
(2:24) 1A: Overloaded Bench Barbell Bench Press - 50X0 Tempo - 5x1/2 - 1/1
(3:00) 1B: Bent Over Double Arm Dumbbell Row (Head Supported) - 4010 Tempo - 3x6
(6:02) 2A: Segmented Pull-Ups - 3/2 Count Pauses - 3x6
(6:30) 2B: Segmented Incline Dumbbell Bench Press - 3x6
(8:15) 3A: Cable Chest Fly - 3x15-25
(8:27) 3B: Dumbbell Bent-Over T-Raise - 3x15-25
(9:10) 4. Zurcher Barbell Shrugs - 2x20
