Alright everybody! Here is your Shred workout for the Fit in February challenge. All you need is whatever variety of weights you have available.

The format of the workout is 1 minute of a weighted exercise, followed by 30 of a body-weighted cardio movement. There are 2 rounds, each consisting of 8 intervals.

You got this! Remember, modify any movement you have to. Just don't give up! This workout really is all you need today, but if you're up for it, or advanced, follow the link at the end to your daily extra workout for another 20-30 minutes of fun.
