How to make beef Enchiladas

I love making homemade enchiladas. Beef is the one that my family makes all of time. let me know which one you guy's you like to make? enjoy my friends.

Recipe:
3lb chuck roast
5 garlic
1 tablespoon black pepper corn
3 bay leaves
salt to taste
1 1/2 tablespoon Mexican oregano
1 1/2 teaspoon cumin
1 tablespoon chili powder
3 to 5 cups veggie broth
1 fresh tomato
half onion
10 guajillo chili
7 california chili
2 pasilla ancho chili
corn tortilla
