How to make EID SPECIAL BEEF CURRY AND GHEE RICE

Ingredients for beef curry :
1kg beef
5 big onions
4 tomatoes
2 and 1/2 tablesloon corriander powder
1/2teaspoon cumin powder
1lemon
2teaspoon garam masala
Termeric power a little bit
10 cashew nuts grind to a fine paste
1 biriyani leaf
For topping
1 onion roasted
Ingredients for beef curry
marinating:-
20 garlic
A piece of ginger
10-12green chilles
Coriander leaf a small bunch
Mint leaf pick in your hand 1/2hand)
Salt as much as needed for the beef curry.
Preparation:-
Take the marinating ingredients and grind it into a fine paste .Now marinate the beefand keep aside .roast the onin without any oil in a non stick pan and keep it aside .Slice the 5 big onions and cut the tomatoes too.Now take the cooker and put your flame on and pour oil when the oil is hot put the onions sliced staut it till golden brown.now biriyani leaf and add the tomatoes staut them well and the add the masala corriander powder cumin powder garam masala staut them well until the raw smell goes .Now add the marinated beef and mix it well then add cashew nut paste and mix well now finally add 1 lemom juice ..mix well and taste the salt and if needed add as much as you requir then add very little water if you want 1/4tumbler
.Now close the cooker and let the meat boil.After it is cooked switch off the flame and 1/2teaspoon pepper powder and a little bit of garam masala for more flavour.Now you can add the roasted onion on top.
Ingredients for making GHEE RICE:-
4 glases of Keema rice (geeraga shala)
8glasses of water
3-4 tablespoon Ghee
1 biriyanee leaf
7 clove
3 cardamom
Few cinnamon sticks
Salt as much as needed
Prepartion:-
Wash the rice for ghee rice and drain the water and keep aside. Measure water for boiling rice .Add 8glasses of water and add salt as much as needed now keep the water vessel on the flame
Now in another stove keep a vessel which we have to make the ghee rice.Let the vessel become hot and add ghee let it heat now add clove cardamom Cinnamon and then biriyani leaf now add the washed rice and broil till the water boils .when the water is boiling in the water vessel pour it into the rice vessel.Now close the rice vessel well and boil the rice ...now when the rice is ready switch the flame off.
Now the beef curry and ghee rice is ready to serve.
Note:-
If you like fired onion kismiss and cashew for topping the rice you can fry them in the ghee and add on top of the rice.
