Lets cook presents homemade Desi ghee and Butter Recipe for all of you and its an detailed video to show and tell all of you about the tips we need in this recipe .

INGREDIENTS:
Malai 3 kg
pinch of flour
water

METHOD:
1: First of all, Put Malai in a pot and set aside for 4 days (in winters) 2 days (in summer)
2: After 4 days, blend it well and add bowl of water in it.
3: Again blend it for 15 minute or until the butter rises on the top.
4: Make balls of butter using hands and put it in a pot (half filled) of water.
5: Again remove balls in another pot and drain the water.
6: Put butter in a pot and put it on the stove.
7: Melt it and add a pinch of flour in it and mix it well.
8: Let it cook on low flame.
9: When the flour colour change into red after half an hour. Ghee is ready!
