This's really horrible !! This man tried to clear road block in Mong Kok, his car was seen on the right. A man came hit him on his neck with a big steel block. Judging from the blow this man might get a broken neck, hopefully not another dead victim. But even he's alive he might be in paralyzed state, like Christopher Reeve (Superman actor)
The man who took video kept on swearing and use profanity against the victim. He said the victim fell on his own, while the truth he was hit with big iron bar.
