Virus Cases Top 20,000; Hong Kong Confirms Death

Feb.04 -- Hong Kong reported a death from the coronavirus, confirming the second fatality outside mainland China, where almost 20,500 cases have been reported. China’s death toll from the virus rose to 425 as of Feb. 3, according to the National Health Commission. Stephen Engle reports on "Bloomberg Surveillance."
