MASSIVE Crab Claws + Snails

A long day of food hunting!! From many street food stalls being closed to finding some really nice spots and having some of the best street food seafood I have ever had!

This day started off simple with one of my favorite noodles Bun Bo Hue. This place has a really nice and clean broth. Love their spicy pork sausage, but I felt like overall this place doesn’t take the top spot for me. However, I will say, if in the area and craving Bun Bo Hue, then make sure to give this place a try.

Next, I headed to the market in district 5 but was unable to find any food stalls which I had planned. So I headed back to district 10 to get a sweet treat. The banh flan with the jelly cake and coffee mixture is absolutely amazing! Stir it all in and it becomes like an amazing milkshake!!! One of my new favorite desserts!

Finally I met up with Tim to grab some seafood. This stall is only open for a couple hours a day and only has a few tables! Make sure to get here because they seem to sell out of the favorite crab claws early! Cooked up and tossed in a sauce with fish sauce, sugar, and some chilis, this combo with crab crawl candy like meat makes for an addicting snack! But don’t sleep on everything else as the coconut snails and the razor clams with morning glory are a hot contender for best eats as well!

After another failure, I finished off the day with some decadent noodles. The most popular after school snack for kids, or how I wanted these, with a beer around 3am. So good with the pork fat fried up and the medium boiled egg. Oooofff, I could easily crave these all the time.
