Morning Breath & Mobility Routine (follow along)
Description
Here is a great Morning breath and mobility routine to follow along with that will be great for a morning or mid afternoon boost of energy, creativity, and general well being!
We start with 5 minutes of breath work and breath holds followed by about 10 minutes of yoga/mobility movements to get blood and oxygen moving and flowing throughout the whole body!
