MY NEW UPPER BODY ROUTINE || SKILLS & WEIGHTED
Description
This time I want to show you my upper body routine. This is the 4th workout day of my weekly schedule. Focus atm is to get better in planche and FL and to get some good volume for my upper body to grow! The split I use is:
Day 1: Pull Upper Body
Day 2: Push Upper Body (last video)
Day 3: Leg day (coming next week)
Rest
Day 4: Upper Body Push & Pull (this video)
Day 5: Leg day again
Rest
