Apparently these Cast Iron Short-Bell 5-Chimes can be heard all over the World. They're found in countries like the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, France, Switzerland, South Africa, China, Japan, Korea, Russia, Australia, New Zealand and many more...
I fell in love with this whistle, when I was watching videos of them used in China and Australia. I thought they were so cool, that I was thinking I should look for the original drawings.
I still like the Reading 6-Chime, as much as I like to place it right next to the Cast Iron 5-Chime. But I think I still take the Short-Bell whistle just because it's makes not only the sweetest notes, but can be heard widespread across the globe than Reading.
But I'll consider them to be the best of the two whistles, by the amount of notes they have.
The Reading Company whistle for being the best of all 6-Chimes, and the Cast Iron whistle for being the best of all 5-Chimes.
