    On November 11-12, 2020, the NYU Community Health Worker Research & Resource Center hosted its inaugural CHW Innovations Summit, "Making Models Last: Current and Future Sustainability for the Community Health Worker Workforce."

    The final panel of the CHW Innovations Summit, CHW Initiatives at the Nexus of Public Health and Health Systems was moderated by Marjorie Momplaisir-Ellis, MPH, senior director, housing engagement and collaborations, Office of Facilities Development, NYC Health+Hospitals, featuring Maia Ingram, MPH, director of participatory research and practice and co-director of the Arizona Prevention Research Center at the University of Arizona College of Public Health, Sarah Flammang, MBA, VP of operations and administration, Baltimore Corps, and Jenna Lupi, MPH, assistant director, primary care transformation at NYC Health+Hospitals. Closing remarks were given by Amy Freeman, PhD, research assistant professor, Department of Population Health, NYU Grossman School of Medicine.
