Sometimes all you need is a reminder of the fundamentals that have stood the test of time, and a well structured routine to properly lay them out for you.

Rob Riches here from Blue Star Nutraceuticals and today I’m going to run you through a simple, straightforward, yet brutally effective bodyweight workout that you can do in your bedroom, basement, or backyard and still get incredible results, like you’re used to from your neighborhood gym.

All you need is a pull up bar, or a sturdy tree branch, so forget the gadgets and gear for now, it’s time to get back to good old fashioned, functional movements that work.
