Looking for the best 20 minute full body workout with dumbbells? Look no further! All you need is 20 minutes and a pair of dumbbells to perform this home dumbbell workout. We'll be uploading new 20-minute workouts each Wednesday at 2pm. Just follow along as Holistic Health Coach, Stephen Daniele, takes you through a Full Body Workout with Dumbbells.
The exercise for this HIIT Workout are:
A1. Dumbbell Goblet Squat
A2. Bent Over Dumbbell Rows
A3. Dumbbell Bench Press
A4. Romanian Dumbbell Deadlift
To perform this Full Body HIIT Workout, you will go through the entire circuit 4 times. Each exercise will be performed for 10 repetitions, using a 4-0-1-0 tempo. That means that for each exercise, you will be going down for 4 seconds and coming back up for 1 second, without resting at the top or bottom positions of the movement. Once each exercise is complete, you will rest for 25 seconds before moving onto the next exercise.
