    So, What are Antioxidants?

    These are the substance naturally present in the body or foods that are capable of slowing down oxidation, a normal chemical process in our body.

    Free Radicals are normal cellular metabolism products.
    These are unstable atoms, short lived and highly reactive.

    1. CLOVES
