There are thousands of cities in Africa but most of these cities are in deplorable conditions however, there are some cities that really stand out both in wealth and beauty. Wealth refers to the net assets of a person. It includes all their assets (property, cash, equities, business interests) less any liabilities. It includes all property holdings, including primary residences. By this definition we shall be looking at cities that hold the highest net wealth.
