this video has four exercises that will help you greatly improve your chest and look better . i recommend you do this exercises at leat 3-4 times a week .between each set take a 30-seconds rest and release hands
( 3*20 ) exercise number 1 = pushups + touching the shoul
(3*10) exercise number 2 = pike pushups
(3*20) exercise number 3 = side pushups
( 3*10) exercise number 4= forearm pushups
