3. Split squat of slide Squats 15x
4. Lalanne pushup /ab wheel /slide pullover 5-12x

5. Bridge walks of bridge slide curl 8-15x
6. Pike pushups 3-10x

7. Back widow 6-12x
8. Lateral squat 10-15x

9. Reverse snowangel 8-12x
10. Quad lean away raise 5-12x

11. One leg glute bridge 6-12x
12. Plank 40-90sec

13. Glute side raise 12-20x
14. Side plank (20-60sec) evt met leg raise (abduction)

15. Bottom squats 20x
16. Bottom Leg raises 15x
