10 MIN Upper Body Workout // Arms & Shoulders + Light Weights // Sanne Vloet #WithMe

Hi Guys,

Who here worked out at least three times last week? Do you have any specific fitness or health goals that you are focusing on? I hope everyone here is doing well, staying healthy, and socially distancing themselves from others. I've been in touch with so many people from China, Italy, New York and I'm hoping that all of our efforts together can make a difference.

I don't know if this is helpful advice for anyone, but I have found that following my routines (or daily rituals) consistently has been great in keeping me in the moment and focused on the different things on my checklist. Have you been on top of your routines? Has it helped you get through these past few weeks?

I am praying that everyone here is safe and your loved ones are healthy. I'm going to be filming a few new workouts so let me know what you'd like to work on or see.
