I know most of you are stuck at home just like me. Well that doesn't mean you cant get capped delts. Today I go over 10 shoulder exercises to do just that. You can make this into a shoulder workout as well just just do 2 rounds of all 10 exercises. This will give you a shoulder burn you have never felt.
