Nova Scotia's chief medical officer of health Dr. Rober Strang announced 13 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 including a child under the age of 10, bringing the total number of cases in the province to 41.
During the coronavirus briefing with Premier Stephen McNeil on Monday, Dr. Strang said all of the new cases are travel-related or connected to previous known cases.
Nova Scotia has declared state of emergency and limited public gathering of more than five people amid the coronavirus outbreak.
