Education Minister Janet Museveni tips nurses on mental health courses

Minister of Education and Sports Janet Kataaha Museveni has advised nursing students to take an interest in courses related mental health-care and palliative care. Mrs. Museveni has observed that cases of mental illness and and the need for palliative care are on the rise and yet the personnel is to handle these cases is limited. These remarks have been delivered on her behalf by state minister for higher education J.C Muyigo today while releasing the results of last year’s Uganda Nursing and Midwives examinations.
