A2. Bodyweight Row - 10-12r (3-0-1-0)
A3. Alternating Lunges - 8-12r per side (2-0-1-0)
Sets: 3-4 Rest: 20s between exercises, 90s between rounds

B1. Back Extension - 10-12r (3-0-1-1)
