I am sharing with you today one of my favorite things to do... FITNESS! Making time for a workout each day for me is a way to release my energy and set myself up for a GREAT DAY!
I recently went to Body By Simone and trained with Director of Training, Alice Ramshaw. Alice took me through a Full Body workout that you can do at home (details down below) and we also sat down and chatted about all things Body By Simone, how they started to where you can find them.

Warm Up
Dance Cardio | Get your heart rate up
Upper Body | Triceps | 3 sets of 10 on each arm
Lower Body | Legs & Booty | 3 sets of 10 on each leg
Lower Body | Booty | 3 sets of 10 on each leg
Abdominal | Planks | 3 sets of 10
