Today we’re going to talk about the interesting intermittent fasting effects on your skin, especially wrinkles. 

Intermittent fasting effects on the skin:

1. It delays vascular cell senescence 
2. Prevents oxidative stress
3. Stimulates autophagy 
4. Stimulates stem cells (with periodic prolonged fasting)
5. Increases dermal vasculature 
6. Stimulates IGF-1

There are other things that happen with certain enzymes that get triggered, such as:
