SATURDAY MEAL PREP - FREEZER MEALS - FOR MY PARENTS ❤️❤️❤️

Hello everyone! Welcome back! Today I am sharing with you the weekly meal prep I did on Saturday 11/30/19 for my parents! I wanted to get more done than I did, but at least I got this done! BANANA BREAD:
1 c milk
1/4 c oil
4 eggs
1-2 c mashed bananas
1 c sugar (1/2 c brown, 1/2 c white - optional)
3 c flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
*quick bread setting
*once spinning wipe down sides with spatula
*Jamerrill Stewart's recipe I believe

KOREAN BEEF:
1 lb ground beef
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/8 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 tsp ground ginger

SLOPPY JOES:
1 lb ground beef
1 tbsp tomato paste
2/3 cup ketchup
1/3 cup water
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp mustard
3/4 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp worchestershire sauce

MEXICAN CORNBREAD CASSEROLE
1 lb ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
2 boxes jiffy corn muffin mix
2 eggs
2/3 cup milk
1 can cream corn
1 can corn, drained
4.5oz can green chilies
2 cup shredded cheddar
*Preheat oven 350
*Brown ground beef, drain fat.
*Add taco seasoning according to mix
*In large bowl, combine jiffy mix according to box
*Add 1/2 can corn; 1/2 can creamed corn to mix
*Layer half the cornbread mix into 9x13 pan
*Top with taco meat, green chilies, cheese
*Pour other half of cornbread mix
*Top with more cheese
*Bake 35-40 minutes
