The New Year Cardio Strength Workout Video

Happy New Year to all. I hope that 2020 brings much happiness and love to everyone. This is a new workout video that combines strength moves with a touch of cardio. We need to continue to push our bodies to be strong to help support us as we age. There are pieces of equipment that I use, but it is all not necessary to complete the workout. I show many modifications. Remember to take breaks when you need to, and work at your fitness level.
Circuit 1: 3x’s
1. Weighted, Right Stationary Reverse Lunge (TRX, Floor, Box) 15x
2. Weighted, Left Stationary Reverse Lunge (TRX, Floor, Box) 15x
3. Alternate Front Bench Lunge (R. Leg Press Overhead
L. Leg Tricep Extension) 15x
4. Chair Sit Burpee 10x
5. 2x’s Oblique Knee Tuck to 2x’s Plank Jack 10x
Circuit 2: 3x’s
1. Right Side Lunge to Right Knee Tuck (left elbow) 15x
2. Left Side Lunge to Left Knee Tuck (right elbow) 15x
3. Overhead Alternating Front Bench Cross Over Lunge 15x
4. Kettlebell Swing 15x
5. Around the World Right then Left – 4x’s Jump Squat 10x
Circuit 3: 3x’s
1. Bicep Curl to Kickback 12x
2. Right Side Lunge – Snatch to Right Front Bench X-over Lunge 12x
3. Left Side Lunge – Snatch to Left Front Bench X-over Lunge 12x
4. Right Side Lunge – Right Arm Reach wide overhead 12x
To Right Shoulder Press lower down behind back 12x
5. Left Side Lunge – Left Arm Reach wide Overhead 12x
To Left Shoulder Press lower down behind back 12x
Bonus: Abs/Butts 10/50 2x’s
1. (Lay Right Side) Left Knee Crunch to Leg Lift (Right leg hover off ground)
2. Right over left Pelvic tilt crunch with Right Elbow twist to left
3. Left Foot on Floor Glute Lift (Right leg in air)
4. (Lay Left Side) Right Knee Crunch to Leg Lift (Left leg hover off ground)
5. Left Over Right Pelvic tilt crunch with Left Elbow twist to right
6. Right Foot on Floor Glute Lift (Left leg in air)
7. Crunch w/straight arms reach across & Knee Crunch (table top position)
8. Pelvic Tilt w/Glute Lift (feet on floor & toes point out)
