We have reached another weekend in lockdown! I hope you are all doing ok, it is such a strange time and I hurt my foot earlier in the week so not able to get out skating or running which I am really missing.
I have put together a 10 minute home workout to work on one of the most common problem areas, the muffin top! This will get your feeling the burn and if you keep at it will help you tone up and burn fat.
