10 Minute yoga flow for flexibility.
This yoga routine is a great 10 minute flow you can do to help increase flexibility within the legs.
We will stretch the hamstrings, groin, hips and calves in this quick 10 minute vinyasa yoga flow routine.
Vinyasa Yoga is a style of yoga where we sync breath with movement. There is very few passive postures and lots of movement which will help us stretch and strengthen to help increase healthy flexible legs!
This yoga class is a bit more fast past so do what you can, don't worry about what you can't at this moment, have fun and enjoy the journey.
Always remember to listen to the body and never exceed the sensation of a stretch.
