Description

This is a complete 75 minute slow flow vinyasa yoga class accessible for all levels. Class begins with a 10 minute calming breathing practice before unravelling the body and restoring range of motion from head to toe. Class includes sun salutations, twisting standing flows, lunging lizards, inversions and long, deep hip openers, backbends, twists and forward folds. I have indicated modifications throughout class to suit those new to yoga along with space for more regular practitioners to go upside down and add in push ups if you're feeling strong and energetic.
