Warm up: Jumping Jacks 30 seconds, High Knees 30 seconds, Butt Kicks 30 seconds, Arm Circles 10 back 10 forward, Deep Squat 10

Workout:
Squat to Lunge 20
Floor Shoulder Press 15
SS x 3
Pull Throughs 20
Reverse Table Top w Thrust & Kick 10/10
SS x 3
Side to Side Crunches 10/10
Bird Dogs 10/10
SS x 3
Rest 30-60 Seconds between each circuit
