Hey guys! Today I am posting my first ever GYM VLOG!! I've spoken about it in a few videos, but I LOVE going to the gym and it is part of my everyday life. I want to share more of my life with you guys, and inspire you to move your bodies in whatever way makes YOU happy. I started weight lifting February 2019 and I haven't turned back. I found a way to move my body that I genuinely love doing every single day.
