The soundtrack is composed of four blocks, each block consisting of a 5-minute song (these four songs are available on all digital platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music, Deezer and others). The routine proposes 20 different movements rounds with very few soft jumps, each of which performed following a ratio of 20 seconds of activity and 10 seconds of rest.

SONG TITLES
- 1: "Playground"
- 2: "Pulse"

Our Ep's are available on Spotify and all digital platforms! For free of course.

HITS for HIIT GREAT FEATURES:
- No TIMER and/or instructions required! Rather, sound signals indicating the transition between periods of activity and rest are directly INTEGRATED to the music in a MUSICAL form, which offers an aesthetic and enjoyable auditory experience.
- You will hear and FEEL, within the music itself, when to start and to stop.
- A small preview appearing during the rest periods shows the next movement.
- No gap between one block to the other: you simply flow from one song to another without interruption.
- No equipment required for this 20-minute HIIT-workout

Hits for HIIT is the solution to get rid of these disruptive and non-musical timer sounds: no more noisy or aggressive tallies, no one to disturb YOUR OWN PRECIOUS TIME.
