      THE FULL WORKOUT:

      “UPPER” Glutes:
      1: BUZO Ball Glute bridges w/ resistance band
      2: Banded b-stance single leg glute bridges
      3: Frog pumps

      “SIDE” Glutes:
      1: Banded lying side hip raise
      2: Cable side kicks
      3: DB lying side addiction

      ”UNDER” Glutes:
      1: DB step ups
      2: Glute focused Bulgarian split squats (keep long stance from bench)
      3: RD deadlifts
