We are all struggling to find ways to continuously challenge our muscles with limited access to equipment due to the gyms closing.

In my latest video I take you through my TOP 4 resistance bands exercises for lower body training.

Bands can be a challenging and fun new way to spice up your resistance training efforts during this time away from the gym due to COVID-19.

Don’t fall in to the mindset that just because you don’t have a gym you can’t make progress.

When used in the right way resistance bands can offer a unique addition to your muscle building efforts and I bet you may just be humbled a bit after using them.

We all have weaknesses and this is the time to work on them and improve.
