There are many different ways to get in an effective home upper body workout, and in this video I cover 10 of my top upper body home exercises that you can use to build muscle during this quarantine period.
The upper body home exercise list includes a vertical pulling movement, horizontal pulling movement, vertical push, horizontal push, as well as several other exercises to round out the plan and provide complete upper body muscle growth even if you have very limited equipment availability.
As long as you perform these lifts as part of your upper body home workout, use proper form, get within a few reps of failure on your sets and strive for continual progressive overload, there's no reason you can't at least maintain your existing gains or even make new upper body muscle gains from home.
